What products do you sell?
We carry a wide range of hardware products including tools, building materials, plumbing supplies, electrical items, paint, fasteners, garden supplies, safety equipment, and home improvement accessories.
Do you provide delivery services?
Yes, we offer local delivery for select items. Delivery fees and timelines depend on your location and the size of the order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Most unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a valid receipt. Some items, such as special order items, custom-cut materials or clearance products, may be non-returnable.
Do you cut materials like glass, or keys?
Yes, we provide cutting services for glass and keys. Availability may vary by item type.
Do you offer tool rentals?
We offer tool rentals for select equipment. Rental periods, pricing, and availability vary. Please contact us or visit the store for details.
Are your products covered by warranties?
Many products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty details vary by brand and product. Please check the packaging or ask a staff member.

What is the status of my order?
Please log into your account to review your order status.
When will my order ship?
Usually most orders ship within 24 hours. If there are any issues with your order, you will be notified by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Why can't I ship an item via Ship-to-Store?
Some items may show as not available for the Free Ship-to-Store option. We have eight regional Do it Best warehouses, and each of our stores is stocked from the one closest to them. If the item you’re purchasing is not in stock at that warehouse, it can be sent to you via UPS, but will not be available for Free Ship-to-Store.
Why can't I ship an item via Ship-to-Address?
Some items may be too large or heavy to ship via UPS. These items will offer Free Ship-to-Store as your only shipping option.
How do I find out my shipping cost?
If you have your order shipped to a store, there is no shipping cost.
If you plan to have the order sent to you directly, click the “Checkout” button in your shopping cart. Once you have entered your shipping address, a shipping cost will be displayed.
How do I return an item?
